Session Deposit Instructions

"Money Packets" (Green or Blue) are my preferred method of receiving deposits for appointments. They are cardboard and can be found next to the gift cards at most stores. Money Packets leave no paper trail, do not use a credit card, are available everywhere, and are very simple to use. *PLEASE NOTE* I am forced to use the generic term "Money Packets" to refer to this product because of copyright issues, and detailed instructions will be sent with your e-mailed deposit confirmation. I DO NOT REPRESENT MYSELF AS AN AUTHORIZED VENDOR OF THESE PRODUCTS.

All you have to do is go to your local Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, Duane Reade, 7-Eleven or almost anywhere that sells gift cards. Pick up a "Money Packet" (it is green and white and costs between $3.00 and $4.95. To see a picture please go to the official web site using the link below). It does not have the Visa or MasterCard logo, make sure you buy the refill and not a new credit card. Simply take the card to the cashier and tell them the amount that you would like to put on the card, pay cash, and you will receive a receipt. Once this is done you either e-mail or text message the 13 or 14 digit activation code (on the back at most places, or directly on the receipt at Walmart). I will confirm and we will be all set.

Many places now have the "Money Packets" behind the cashier or at the customer service desk (Walmart) so if you don't see them out and you are in a participating chain just ask. At Duane Reade they have specific denominations such as $100, so if you purchase at Duane Reade only a $100 deposit is required. At Walmart and most other places you can specify any amount.

Please Note: If you are asked for any personal information or you see a Visa or MasterCard logo you are *not* purchasing the correct product. Also some "Money Packets" have a scratch off area with the activation code underneath; please be careful not to smudge the numbers when rubbing off the wax, as it can be problematic and time consuming to replace the "Money Packet" if you can't read the numbers. It has to be done via national customer service, not at the store where the purchase was made.

It is preferred that you only submit the requested deposit amount via this method. Do not pay for your session in full, except on the day of the appointment.
